ANA’s THE CONNOISSEURS will welcome four new members in December.

First and Business Class passengers departing from Japan to Europe and the United States will enjoy menus created by renowned chefs.
TOKYO, Nov. 14, 2024 – All Nippon Airways (ANA), Japan’s largest 5-Star airline for 11 consecutive years, will welcome four new leading Japanese chefs to THE CONNOISSEURS, starting in December 2024. This marks the first time in four years that ANA has welcomed new members.
In September 2013, ANA launched THE CONNOISSEURS, a team of celebrated chefs and beverage experts from Japan and around the world, to elevate its in-flight dining experience. The program has been a success, with ANA passengers consistently enjoying the specially crafted meals and beverages.
THE CONNOISSEURS new members from December 2024 through November 2025 include Kenichiro Sekiya from Joël Robuchon Tokyo, Kentaro Mura from Ebitei Bekkan, Yuhei Kurita from Ginza L’écrin and Shiro Yamazaki from Yamazaki. With these new additions, THE CONNOISSEURS will have a total of 16 members. The collaboration menu will be available in First Class and Business Class on flights from Japan to Europe and the United States.
